❤7 signs that he's just that into you❤

                               7 Signs That's He's Just That into You ...
It’s hard to know before a relationship starts, how a person really feels about you. Is this a sign? Am I reading too much into this? Sure there’s probably more than 7 ways to know whether or not a guy is into you, but based on personal experience, I can definitely endorse these seven.
_____________________________________________________________________
1.) he'll send you music or books
They say courting is a lost art form and yet, guys who are truly into you, will show it by sending you music or books. These days, you’re more likely to receive a text with a link to Youtube. Either way, you know that he’s thinking of you and that’s always a good sign.

2.) he'll talk to you about anything & nothing
Feeling the need to talk is not something guys do with girls they don’t care about. If your inbox is filled with messages from a certain someone, don’t be surprised if that someone turns into someone important. ;)

3.) he'll play third wheel if you're out with a girlfriend
A real keeper won’t mind getting to know your girlfriends. In fact, he’ll want to know what your friends are like because he’s truly interested in getting to know you better.

4.) he'll tell his friends about you
If his friends know who you are, and I mean really know who you are and not just the friend you're in his definite line of interest so if he's talking in detail about you to his friends, then you know you’re in. Guys don’t talk about girls casually with their guy friends.

5.) he'll ditch his friends for you
if he leaves for a fun responsible free time with his friends to see you that means alot, because he's leaving to be with you by his own choice. and all for you! it means he cares to get to know you more than hang with his friends.

6.) he'll call you at the end of a bad day
If a guy calls you after a hard day, it’s not because he wants to talk about it. Rather, he’s looking to blow off steam and you’re the first person who came to mind. And it tells the person he looks to when he's upset.

7.) he finds your quirks lovable
As embarrassing as i find my snorting when i laugh too hard, some guys who flirt with me or make an effort to be nice to me tell me it's not bad at all. When i know for a fact it is. But they think it's funny instead of annoying. So if he likes your quirks he's a keeper. And don't be embarrassed to let him see them it's just another part of you he loves!

My ex and I may be broken up now, nevertheless, our relationship taught me many things, one being, how to know if a guy truly cares. Simply, a guy will overlook the little stuff if he’s THAT into you. So don’t over analyze the little stuff because I assure you he’s not.

7 ultimate items for a well prepped makeup bag

Items for a well prepped cosmetic bag obviously include the right sized cosmetic bag. You don’t want a bag that’s too big and heavy but you don’t want to cram less than what you need into a tiny bag. Once you’ve found the perfect sized cosmetic bag, the next step is filling it with your essential items so you’re always well prepared to look your best. Here are a few recommended items for a well prepped cosmetic bag.
_________________________________________________________________________________
1.) floss
One of the most important items for a well prepped cosmetic bag is dental floss! Nothing is worse than eating a meal in public and having something stuck in your teeth. Even worse? Not being able to get it out. Plus, after enjoying a meal you want to be able to relax, laugh and enjoy a good conversation with your friends and family. That’s why carrying around floss will save you from humiliation.

2.) stain remover stick/pen
Although not really a “cosmetic” item, a stain remover pen could help to save your overall appearance if you ever happen to spill/drop something on yourself. Plus, many stain remover pens are small, portable and will fit into a mid-sized cosmetic bag without any trouble.

3.) concealer stick
If you’re someone who wears concealer to cover up blemishes and marks on your face then I definitely recommend a concealer stick for you. Concealer sticks are an easy way to touch up your face as well as help the areas of your face that need a bit of extra love throughout the day. In addition, many brands and stores carry concealer sticks so it’s not difficult to find a shade that works for you at a price that works for you.

4.) hair ties
After a long day sometimes your luscious locks are just making you grind your teeth. Rather than resorting to using an elastic band you found, store away some extra hair ties. You’ll be thankful on those days when your hair keeps getting in the way or keeps flying into your eyes and mouth.

5.) perfume
If you find that you sweat easily or your natural body odor starts to seep through midday then carry a small bottle of perfume or body spray. A quick spritz of a fragrance will help you feel comfortable with getting close to people once again.

6.) lip balm
Carrying lipsticks and lip glosses is one thing, but from time to time your lips need extra strength hydration. A tube of lip balm will help to clear away dry, flaky lips and soothe irritated or chapped lips. Furthermore, tinted lip balms are also available so you don’t have to feel bare if you’re one who typically likes color on your lips.

7.) q-tips
Q-tips are an affordable and portable way to fix smudged lipstick or eyeliner. Plus, if you wet the tip you can gently dab off mascara flakes. Finally, Q-tips are helpful in gently smoothing out any creases in your makeup (it’s better to use something like a Q-tip rather than your fingers because of the bacteria on your hands and nails).

The items that I’ve mentioned are ideal for a basic, no fuss cosmetic bag. These items are great, everyday essentials for both the women who like a more natural look throughout the day and the women who enjoy a more drastic look. What are some of your essential items for a well prepped cosmetic bag?

7 surprisingly sweet sugar-free treats

7 Surprisingly Sweet Sugar-Free Treats ...
Put down the ice cream and try some of these delicious and surprisingly sweet sugar-free treats! There are ways of satisfying your sweet tooth and cravings without breaking any new year resolution promises to eat healthy. All of these sugar-free treats are quick and easy to make. Don’t worry, these treats will leave you feeling satisfied WITHOUT any sugar crashes later.
_________________________________________________________________________________
1.) blueberry muffins
One of my personal favorite sugar-free treats is the blueberry muffin. The best part about this recipe is that you can easily tweak it to your liking. If you don’t want to use white flour you can use whole-wheat flower. If you’re not a huge blueberry fan, substitute with raspberries, bananas, apples, or even blackberries. It will take about 10 minutes to prepare this sweet treat and about 20 minutes to cook. The key ingredients are: flour, splenda, baking powder, baking soda, a pinch of salt, non-fat yogurt, water, and the fruit of your choice. Make sure to mix all of the dry ingredients first before adding the water and yogurt... enjoy!

2.) toasted almonds & ricotta with cherries
Not only is this sugar free but it's also a calorie-conscious treat! You’ll need frozen pitted cherries, part-skin ricotta, and some toasted almonds. It takes about 10 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to cook. If you’re concerned about the saturated fat in certain foods, buy a nonfat ricotta cheese. This tasty treat has about 150 calories, 6 grams of fat, and 6 grams of protein.

3.) broiled mango
Broiling fruits brings out the sweetness naturally. A similar dish can be done using pineapple. It takes about 10 minutes to prepare and about 10 minutes to cook. You will need 1 mango and lime wedges. Make sure to arrange the fruit in single slices in a row on a pan and broil until the fruit turns a nice golden brown. When the fruit has been broiled, squeeze some lime wedges and serve! This tasty sugar-free treat is a great source of Vitamin C and Vitamin A.

4.) cocoa-nut bananas
Everything tastes better with bananas! I am personally a huge fan of ANYTHING with bananas in the recipe. This particular recipe requires cocoa powder, toasted unsweetened coconut, and 2 bananas. It takes about 10 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to cook. First place the cocoa and coconut on different plates and then roll the banana slice on the cocoa. Finally, dip the sweet into the coconut… yum!

5.) melon & apple granita
This sugar-free treat is not only healthy but also very colorful! The secret is that the granita uses the melon and apple juice to add flavor and sweetness without actually adding sugar to the recipe. Berries can be added around the dish for the beautiful and colorful touch! It takes about 10 minutes to prepare and about 4.5 hours to freeze before being served. Go grab all of your fruits, ladies, this recipe requires: melon, apple juice, lime juice, blueberries, raspberries, and mint leaves for garnish. The basic idea is to: make sure to puree the apple juice and lime juice into a blender with the melon and then freeze your treat and add berries later!

6.) frosted grapes
These frozen treats are healthy mini-popsicles! You can really use this method of freezing with any fruit to create the perfect sugar-free treat. Cutting up the fruit can take up to 5 minutes and freezing takes up to 50 minutes. This is such a simple idea, as well as tasty and healthy.

7.) banana maple nut bread
The secret to this sugar-free treat is maple syrup. The recipe calls for two cups of whole-wheat flour, four eggs, milk, bananas, chopped walnuts, vegetable oil, and a pinch of salt...plus the maple syrup of course. It takes about 10 minutes to prepare and about 50 minutes to cook. Yummy…nothing beats homemade banana nut bread!

Well there you have it a bunch of healthy snack ideas to hopefully keep you away from all the junk food that calls your name. Be aware that these do have natural sugars in them but no sugar added. So i hope you have fun making and eating them

7 haircut ideas for your next beauty appointment!

You don’t want to head to the beauty parlor without some new haircut ideas. Sometimes, all you need is a little change. At other times, you’ll only be satisfied with a drastic cut. Whether you want to go big or small, here are some new haircut ideas to consider the next time you’re in need of a new ‘do
_________________________________________________________________________________
1.) the pixie cut
This is for all of the brave women out there. If you’re tired of taking care of long locks that need tons of shampoo and conditioner, why not cut it all off? Pixie cuts have become popular; there are dozens of celebrities sporting the look. This is one of the new haircut ideas you should only get if you’re absolutely sure about it. But then again, your hair will grow back.

2.) layers
If you want to leave your hair long, get it styled into layers. It's your choice how long they are, but no matter what, they’ll frame your face, and keep your hair from looking dull. It’s not that big of a change, but it can make you look entirely different. Remember that you’re in charge of your own body. Tell your stylist exactly what you want and she won’t refuse.

3.) dye
A new style doesn't have to involve scissors. Instead of getting a cut, you could dye your hair whatever color you choose. Pick a natural shade or go bold with pink or blue. That's If you want an unnatural color, but if you don’t want to be too risky, you can get highlights. You could even get one strand dyed or get a colored extension put in.

4.) bangs
Bangs are small, but they can make a big impact on your appearance. Even if you’re already sporting bangs, you can style them in a new way. You can get side-swept bangs or have them cut straight across. You can get them styled so that they look choppy or blunt. There are plenty of choices, it's all up to your tastes.

5.) bob
Not sure if you prefer short or long hair? Try getting it cut to a medium length. Bobs don’t work for everyone, but you never know until you try. Look at Jennifer Aniston during her Friends days. She created the Rachel cut, but you can keep it alive.

6.) shaved
If you want to be unique, you have to take risks. Shave one or both sides of your head. It’s a drastic move that will grab everyone’s attention. It sounds crazy, but you might love it. It only works with some haircuts, so make sure that your style would match the decision.

7.) part
This isn't exactly a haircut, but it’s an easy way to change up your look. Simply change the way your hair is parted. You can move it to the middle or have it arching to one side. You don’t even have to leave the house to change it. You have the power in your own hands.

my advice is, Don’t go to the hair salon without having some sort of idea of what you want. It's always helpful to be able to tell the stylist exactly what you're looking for. What hairstyle are you currently rocking? Do you love it or are you looking for a change?

7 must haves for new makeup users

11 Best Eye Shadow Palettes You Will Love Wearing ...
If you’re entering the world of makeup for the first time it’s hard to know what the must haves for new makeup users are. There are so many products and tools out there and once you’ve become more experienced with makeup, you’ll find yourself curious to try all these products. However, we should begin with the basics. Here are my suggestions for must haves for new makeup users
________________________________________________________________________
1.) foundation
Regardless if you have acne-prone skin or a fairly good complexion, foundation is a one of the must haves for new makeup users! Foundation “smoothes” out your complexion and covers redness, blotchiness and dark spots. Most importantly, foundation creates a uniform canvas on your face so that the colors of your eye shadows, blush, bronzers, etc... can be more true to the color you see in their packaging as well as stand out more against your skin tone.

2.) the beauty blender
No matter how good your foundation is, the final result may not be what you expected. Instead you might find your foundation to be streaky or uneven in certain spots. With a beauty blender sponge, all you need is to wet the sponge just a tad and your foundation will be applied smoothly.

3.) concealer
For those tough to hide spots that foundation can’t cover, concealer is the next step (well technically it’s the first step). Before applying foundation, apply concealer to areas like under your eyes or around your nose or wherever there is discoloration. It’s important to get the right shade of concealer.

4.) mascara
Mascara is great for making the eyes look bigger and more alert. When applying mascara, make sure to clean up any residue that might be left on your eyelids or around your eyes... mascara is only for eyelashes!

5.) lipstick
Lipstick is the "adult version" of lip gloss – it requires more care, is harder to apply and smudges much easier. However, when applied correctly lipstick looks beautiful on any woman. Every woman should have at least one lipstick and if you’re not sure what color will look best on you go for a classic red. However, don’t be afraid to try other colors.

6.) lipstick brush
Just like foundation, lipstick needs to be applied with the right tools. A lipstick brush is especially important if you don’t want to wear lip liner. The brush is helpful when applying lipstick around the edges of your lips as well as smoothing out streaky bits.

7.) blush
I recommend blush, or more specifically a blush-bronze duo, because it adds warmth to the face as well as contours to accentuate your cheekbones. Blush is a great extra something for the night out on the town.
